This abstracted landscape painting comes from sweet memories of travel to new lands, becoming reinvigorated by nature and all the beauty around us. I painted this in my typical expressive style, aiming to imbue the canvas with free moving brushstrokes to replicate the energy of the landscape. Big New Day was as much fun to paint as it was to be experiencing new locations on my travels.
