Oceans Away

This triptych (set of 3 paintings) is calming in colour tone whilst exciting in brushwork. Thick areas of impasto paint lie beside pencil marks and collage to impart a story of being oceans away from people you love. Muted greys, blues and warm whites give this piece a light feeling and pencil and oil pastel marks create up-close interest. 
Each of the 3 panels are framed separately in lightweight wood floating frames. 
The framed panels are: 
42.4cm wide x 52.5cm high and 3cm deep.  
Placed together side by side they total 127cm wide. 
Oceans Away is UV varnished for protection and comes ready to hang.
