Rainy Day on the CoastThis lovely piece is an abstracted landscape after a beautiful, rainy day was spent on Noosa main beach on the Sunshine Coast. The rain had cleared and allowed beautiful soft colours to filter through as we walked north along the beach looking toward Fraser Island. We were enjoying the company of friends and family, the beauty of nature and the world was looking pretty fine. My painting style is expressive, with energetic markmaking and areas of thick impasto and thin washy paint.
